Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment, paypal, postage order, cheque, If you are shopping from outside the UK, WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL and PROTX AS PAYMENT.

You may cancel your order within 2days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 24 days of cancellation.  We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'.  If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage.   Your statutory rights are not affected.

Alternative ways to Order

If you are unsure about placing an order through our online shop, you are welcome to call us instead.  Please call us using the details on our contact us page and we will be happy to assist you. Then we will send you a invoice to your email address

Alternatively, you can place an order through our online shop and choose 'Pay by cheque or postal order'.  If you choose this payment option during checkout, please print two copies of your order receipt and return one copy to us with payment  your order will be posted after we have received clearer payment from you. Postal payments are in United Kingdom currency only.

Shipping and Handling

Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order.  We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address - please note that this does not apply for orders shipped to an international destination.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow 2 days for order processing and 7 days for delivery. 
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. 
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order. 

Tax Charges

All quoted prices include VAT where applicable. 

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
