How long does delivery take?

We endeavour to despatch items within 24 hours, but sometimes this is not possible. Please allow 5 working days for your order to be received. Please bear in mind Royal Mail delivery times can be effected at busy periods of the year such as Christmas. If you are worried at all about when you will receive your order, feelfree to contact us.

Will I get spam or unsolicited emails by using your website?

No! We do not, and will never share your details with any other company or website. We may occasionally send out newsletters to our subscribed users. If you do not wish to receive information about new products available from us, please emails us and tell us this.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes. PayPal and protx provide the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet. You can view paypals security features on the PayPal website.

Can I receive an Order quickly in time for a birthday or Christmas?

Yes. Simply email us before purchasing stating what item you are interested in, and the date you need the item for,and we will let you know if it can be despatched in time or not. Please be aware that Royal Mail delivery times are not guaranteed unless Special Delivery is used, so we are also able to offer Royal Mail Special Delivery for a small extra cost, to guarantee delivery times. How much does Delivery Cost?

Postage and shipping costs are completely free to United Kingdom addresses regardless of the cost of your order. 

For customers outside of the UK please email your  postal address along with the items you'd like to order and ask for delivery charges / times to your area.
