Delively and Return policy

All Belper Toys orders are dispatched within 48 hours but mostly the time within 24 hours, or the next working day if an order is placed on Friday night , Saturday or Sunday, will be sent out first thing Monday. The majority of orders are sent first class and should be received within 2 working days, however our standard delivery service may take up to 5 working days in some cases.

If your order is urgent then we do offer a next working day service which we will guarantee for all orders placed before 1pm. Please note that our next working day delivery service does not incorporate Saturday and Sunday as we cannot guarantee deliveries on these days. Therefore orders placed before 1pm am on Friday using the next working day delivery service will be delivered on Monday and not Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend using the next day delivery service will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Remember You can buy as much as you like and not pay more than £8.10 for postage. But this isn't include special delivery. This is only to united kingdom.

Delivery Security

Please note that in order ensure that your order arrives with you safely we are unable to request that our delivery partner leaves your order anywhere else other than with someone at the designated delivery address. In the event that you are not in when the delivery driver calls a card will be posted through your door with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.

Returns Policy
Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. If they are damaged you may refuse delivery or delcare it as damaged when signing then contact us on info@belpertraditionaltoysuk.co.uk to explain the situation and let us know whether you want a replacement or refund.

You have a right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving the goods, without reason. If you cancel your order within 14 days we will return your money within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights not affected).

Returned items must be in their original packing. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

For damaged goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your return postage costs.

When returning goods please quote our reference number. You may put a cover note in with your returned item, or return the item and send your query via e-mail to: info@belpertraditionaltoysuk.co.uk

We also suggest you use signed for post, as we can't be responsible for goods that fail to reach us. If you want to use a courier we can collect if you wish for a of £8.10
